★The main frame adopts structural steel, 304 stainless steel exterior layer, 304 stainless steel frame, adjustable feet.
★Conveying system adopts star wheel, smooth transmission, stainless steel chain, it will be a smaller deformation.
★Number of washing clips is 32, 304 stainless steel chassis wash pipe, rinse water filtration system.
★Number of filling valve is 32 and parts contacted with product are 304L stainless steel. Inner surface is dealt with polishing. There is stainless steel returning tube, no dead space.
★Number of capping head is 10, screw head using magnetic torque device to facilitate torque adjustment, it can be set the size of the first torque of capping in accordance with the actual production needs.
